2012 Keystone Raptor Toy Hauler that will comfortably sleep 8! Great for campgrounds, state parks, lakes, Fairgrounds, sporting events or park it in your driveway for visiting family. This rig is 39 feet of fun with a listed dry weight of 12,810lbs. If you are picking it up, you will need a minimum of a ¾ ton truck to tow it and of course, a 5th wheel hitch or gooseneck ball (we have a hitch that works with a gooseneck). 60lbs of propane included, 110gl fresh water, 78gl gray water and 39gl black water. We can deliver and set it up for a small fee within 45 miles. If you would like it delivered and set up and it is over 45 miles, please contact us so we can discuss this further.Our camper comes with one bath, 4 Queen size beds (1 in the master, 1 above the garage area, and 2 in the garage), 2 dining table areas, and a 12' garage that is great for guests or a "kids" area. Children also love the loft bed area as a cool hideout.The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to go! Plenty of cups for those cold drinks, plates, silverware, coffee cups, Keurig, pots, pans, and crockpot along with many additional items. All cleaning supplies to include a vacuum are inside.A flat-screen TV, speaker system, and a DVD player are located in the main area for those rainy days. Enjoy music inside and out with the outdoor speakers that allow you to listen to music, the game, or even a family movie. A great way to spend time with family or escape from the hustle.
