“Charlie” the RV is a party for 4 with a unique Panoramic view of the outdoors! Perfect for small families and couples! Sleeps four with a queen memory foam bed and full size dinette bed for two.
Charlie is Fully Stocked, Super Clean with lots of lots of extras: Large shower. Full size kitchen sink, Full size oven/stove, very large RV refrigerator. Thermal Package for toasty winter's. Strong AC for cool summers!
32" flat screen with Hdmi and DVD, Bluetooth stereo with great outdoor sound system. Electric awning and patio lights, outside mounted gas grill. Includes outdoor chairs, bbq accessories and plenty of roasting sticks. For other accessories, see my optional rental items!We are pretty flexible on the pick-up drop off times as long as they are in approx 24 hr intervals.
If you happen to need it longer on the return day- we can add an appropriate partial day fee.Need delivery and setup?
Delivery fee is calculated by the miles/gas/time of the two round trips to deliver/pickup/setup. Ask me for custom quote. Waste tank dumping fee is $50 if enroute. Propane refill added after fill up.Charlie can be pulled by an SUV or midsize truck with towing capacity of at least 4700lbs.
Rental includes hitch, stabilizers and Bluetooth rear view camera for easy towing! Brake Controller Needed TO TOW.(most newer trucks come with brake controller).Using as an Extra BED Room for guests? During the summer, a 110/30 amp outlet (like at RV parks) is required for the AC and microwave to run. To make this work at a home or off site location, a generator will be needed. This can be rented at a Home Depot or Equip Rental Place.
But during the Winter/Spring/Fall, when you won’t use the AC, an RV can run everything, except microwave, including furnace from a standard 110/15amp home outlet!Bringing Pets? The only extra cost we charge is a pet cleaning fee of $50 - $100 depending on clean up. We always try to be very fair- we too love our pets!
