We drove up the central California coast to Big Sur and this van was ready for mountain and sea. It was absolutely perfect for our family of five (9m, 9m, 3y). The ride was comfortable and easy to drive. The bug net was a major plus for me, and the response time for questions was so quick. They are very understanding and easy to communicate with. We would totally rent from them again.

Multiple amenities did not work right from the start. Only the fridge and toilet were functional. The check engine light also came on and remained on for the entire trip which did not give us confidence in the Sprinter. One of the amenities listed was Air Conditioning. I thought It was a roof top unit, but it only had a dash unit which is to be expected. I felt it was a bit deceiving. Jia was apologetic and offered us some compensation for the troubles. Overall though it was more of a stressful vacation than a relaxing one; At least we made it home safe.

We rented Isaac's sprinter for a 10 day road trip up to Oregon and back and had an amazing time in the van! With the two beds, it was ideal for our girls (7 and 9) up top and us sleeping down below. In the daytime you can raise the bed and use the table for eating or games. The wet bath is a great addition as well as the water tank and hose out back for hosing hands/feet from adventures. The van was spacious, reliable and given to us very clean. Isaac was responsive, friendly and took time to run us through operating everything. Great experience, phenomenal van and a great owner!!
