5.0Karla was on top of it all! The whole pre-trip process was seamless and very communicative. I had it delivered and picked up. It was there before I got there set up and ready to go. The RV was perfect and very comfortable. Loved all of it.

2.0NOT A HAPPY CAMPER!! We were very disappointed in the trailer. It was not our original trailer that we rented- that trailer had some kind of leak, so Karla offered us another one of her trailers that was supposed to be larger and better. It was certainly larger but if it was better I hate to see what the condition of the one I rented was. The trailer was tired/old looking and parts of it were filthy. The carpets were disgusting, the air conditioning vent was grimy. All the screens were covered in dust. The screen door latch was broken so it made it difficult to get out. We had ants!!! The air conditionier did not keep up with cooling the trailer. We were supposed to have a full tank of gas in the generator and it was dropped off almost empty, we did have a gas tank to refill but it had a whole in it. The list goes on and on. I texted Karla the day after the trailer arrived about how disappointed we were and she offered to come and pick up the trailer and refund a day, but since we were at an event that did not have any other accommodations and we had already paid a lot of money for the trailer we chose to use it for the remainder of our time. We were grateful that we had a bed, shower and toilet but that is as far as it goes.

5.0This trailer was great. It had everything we needed, and it was incredibly comfortable. Karla was amazing in answering all of our questions before and during the trip, which was nice since we were new to RVs. We had a great weekend trip and will rent from them again.

During the pickup, Karla walked me through everything, including how to hook up the trailer and how to use all the electrical, water, and sewer connections. During our trip, Karla responded promptly to any questions we had. Karla was the best, and I would gladly rent her trailer again. Our trip was wonderful, and it was thanks to her great service and a great trailer!
