Back flow valve on fresh water tank didn’t work causing us to alternately turn water on and off to prevent water from coming out the overflow valve

The process was easy and the staff was friendly and helpful

Ive never rented an RV before, so I wasnt sure what to expect. It was a pretty painless process, everyone was friendly, but some were definitely more helpful than others. We dealt with Andrew and Brittany mostly, who were good. I cant in good faith give too high of a rating though as the camper they rented us had a water issue, so we couldnt use the water the entire trip. Not to mention the time we spent trying to get it working. Andrew did give us a days refund, which is absolutely fair, but still if we had been going somewhere that water was unavailable it wouldve ruined the trip, and for normal people you only get 1 or maybe 2 trips a year. We would rent from them again though. We would just have to absolutely make sure the next camper was checked over thoroughly. Apparently for the water theres a switch that is NOT in the manual that needs to be in the correct position. I hope this helps someone else!
