5.0Renting from Mr. Brightside was a great experience with a super responsive host. As it was our first time renting via Outdoorsy, we had questions before picking up the RV which our host was very prompt and thorough in answering. The coordination of the RV pickup was easy, and he was available during our trip and expeditiously answered questions about the RV logistics when we needed help. The RV is clean, comfortable, and has the basic pots/pans, trays for cooking, as well as paperware, bath/shower items. We wished we had brought our own mugs or a lower metal water bottle for coffee/tea/hot water. Dropoff/return was smooth. We would rent from Mr. Brightside again.

5.0I had a great experience renting this RV. It was my first time so I was a bit uncomfortable initially but David was really communicative and accessible throughout my trip. I had a mechanical issue and David drove 2 hours out of the way to solve it for me. I’d highly recommend this RV for anyone looking to get started.
