24 foot - 6 cyl. 3.7 liter Ford Transit - Sumo Springs Ride suspension (helps eliminate sway and provides for a sturdy drive at higher speeds).30 Amp Electric Plug three prong.Three beds (Full bed, jackknife sofa, bunk bed) - Has stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, generator, water heater, water pump, electric awning, 2 TVs (inside and outside), 1 DVD player, 11-14 MPG.Please note that the RV black (sewage)and grey water tanks must be dumped/emptied before it is returned. We had two very negative experiences while dumping for two rentals and will not be dumping anymore. If grey and black water tanks are not emptied, we will charge a $250 dlls fee. This is only so that everyone is encouraged to return with an empty tank.Additionally, we ask that it be returned with the same amount of gas that it left with or fees will be taken from your deposit.We offer full training before at the time of delivery. We are here to serve you.

Every rental must come back empty otherwise a $250.00 fee will be charged if GREY and BLACK tanks are not emptied. We don’t want to have to charge this fee, this is to encourage all renters to return it empty.
