Nick consistently receives praise for his excellent communication, responding quickly to questions. He provides detailed, easy-to-follow instructions for pickup/drop-off and trailer use, and offers many useful extras, making the rental process smooth for all guests, including first-timers.
Tire safety and spare concern
The trailer is frequently praised for being very clean, in excellent condition, and fully equipped with many useful extras like chairs and a BBQ. Amenities typically work well, and it's comfortable. However, one renter experienced a bad tire with no spare, causing significant travel delays.
