All items needed are included such as: 32 inch flat screen HD TV, Furrion sound system with outdoor speakers, electric awning, 2 oversized bunks, queen bed, superslide out in kitchen and dining. Sofa bed that sleeps 2, U Shape dinette turns into bed, large shower with skylight, as well and 2nd entry to bathroom for easy access. Refridgerator/freezer, 3 burner stovetop, oven, microwave, Outdoor shower and we include RV toilet paper, silverware, pots/pans and all necessary items to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable in this home away from home. This is the elite series with leather couch (sofa sleeper) and dinette as well as upgraded kitchen faucet and other enhanced features.
This unit is 50 Amp service only. It can convert down to 30 amp with approval and training as you can not run all appliances while on 30 amp service to avoid any shorts or breaker issues.
We recommend only renting if you are sure to have a 50 amp sevice camp site which most campgrounds accommodate or contact us with questions regarding this. .
Extra fee for delivery/tow to designated campsite and we provide full set up and instruction on how to operate all items. Once your stay in complete, we will complete a walk thru inspection and disconnect all hook ups. Extra fee available if sheets are needed for the oversize bunks and queen bed and fee required for black/grey tank flush.
