PROS: Natalia was a great communicator. I had lots of questions, and she answered them all very patiently. The "customer service" aspect of the trip was definitely A+. The camper itself was fantastic: spotless, well-equipped, easy to use, and comfortable. It was a little tight for two people but manageable. The delivery portion of the rental was a breeze. The camper was delivered on time and set up for us when we arrived. That was great. CONS: The motor on the awning was broken, so we didn't get to use it. Given that we wanted to shield ourselves from the Florida sun, that was a little disappointing. Also, the AC worked very well -- but was quite noisy, especially at night. All in all, I would eagerly rent this camper again! We had a ton of fun, and Natalia's service was top-notch.

The host was fantastic, very responsive, everything went as wished on their end. No complaints. Id definitely rent from them again. Unit was some worn, but in good shape for sure with a few upgrades for comfort and amenities.

The whole process was very easy. Natalia explained everything in detail, was very flexible with pick up and drop off time. Communication was amazing. The camper was great, it was clean and had everything we needed, towed smoothly. We were comfortable the whole time and had a great weekend family camping trip. We will def rent again and recommend to all our friends.

Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable service. The rental was very clean and well appointed. I paid extra for delivery and set up service and when I arrived at the site the unit was turnkey and ready to go. I would recommend Rent R RV to anyone and I will rent from them again.
