RV is located near Clearwater Beaches. We have a separate Cleaning/Propane/ Dumping Fee and a separate fee you need setup and delivery. Pets Not Allowed unless allowed by the park and preapproved by the park with non refundable pet fee. Our Coachmen Capri sleeps 7-8 with a nice slide out that makes it feel roomy. 1 queen bed (new), 1 couch bed, dinette bed area (for small children to sleep if needed) and two single bunks.The trailer has all new wood flooring and updates throughout, bathroom floor will be repaired soon, someone left vent open on last rental. No smoking of vaping is allowed in the travel trailer.What are some things NOT included (you would need to bring these items if needed) - pillows, linens, towels, coffee pot, dishes, food, spices, hair dryer, grilling supplies (grills are usually available in the RV park), games, etc.,
