We rented a camper van from Mike for a week-long adventure through Yosemite, Sequoia, and the Eastern Sierra, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we picked up the van, everything felt seamless. Mike was responsive, super helpful, and clearly takes pride in his vehicles. The van was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed—bedding, kitchen gear, solar power, and even some local tips that made a big difference. Having our own mobile base made exploring these iconic places so much better. We woke up to granite walls in Yosemite, spent quiet evenings under giant sequoias, and chased golden light and open skies across the Eastern Sierra. Being able to park, cook, and sleep right where the adventure was happening added a level of freedom and immersion that hotels just can’t match. Mike’s communication before and during the trip was excellent, and the van performed flawlessly the entire time. If you’re looking for a reliable, comfortable way to experience California’s best mountain landscapes, we highly recommend renting from him. This trip will stick with us for a long time.
