Conveniently located just 30 minutes to Bass Lake, an hour to Yosemite, 30 minutes to Millerton Lake and 3 hours to the coast.•Sleeps 6-9 - Queen size master private bed, 2 full size bunk beds, full couch/bed and dining table to sleep 1.
•Trailer comes with pots and pans, coffee maker and cooking utensils.
•U shaped dinette set, comfortable love seat that makes into a bed.
•Blue tooth radio with speakers inside and out.
•Tv in living room that can be spun into the master bedroom to enjoy.
•Full kitchen with 3 burner stove, oven and microwave.
•Full bathroom with tub/shower, toilet and sink.
•2 entries one into living area and one into bathroom.
•Large electric awning to provide needed shade and LED lights to light up the patio.Bedding/bath linens, camping chairs, outdoor camping stove, small Weber bbq and more available .When inquiring please include year, make and model of your tow vehicle. Must have electric break controller installed no exceptions.Pick up anytime after 8 am on weekends 4 pm on weekdays. Drop off by 5pm.2 propane tanks available to fill at renters expense.Generator available for $25/dayDelivery available within 30 miles - please inquire firstNo dune camping allowedThere is a $50 cleaning fee.
