This van has a large battery bank that has 3 ways to charge: the sun (310W solar panel), driving (120A alternator), or plugging in to shore power (40A charger). This allows for weeks of off-grid power, no campsites and you will have all the power you can imagine. There are plenty of outlets and USB chargers for cell phones, laptops and tablets. The front dash is equipped with a universal phone mount for easy navigation, and a phone charger with lightning cable and bluetooth connection allows you to play your favourite music right from your phone.WATER
This camper has a massive 132L (35 gallon) water tank, and will last the average rental 2 weeks without needing to fill it. Refilling the tank is painless and can be done from any source of clean drinking water (don't worry, we will show you everything!). There is a full size kitchen sink and a convenient outdoor shower in the back. (towels included)INTERIOR
The interior is a beautiful wooden finish that is designed for comfort, space and functionality.
*Kitchen: The kitchen includes a large prep area, camp stove & propane, pots & pans, small french press for coffee, cooking utensils, plates, cups & mugs, bowls and eating utensils. There is a high efficiency cooler fridge, a spice rack, & lots of pantry storage.
*Toilet: Inside the bench there is a Thetford self-contained toilet! (small dump fee or you can dump it yourself for free.)
*Sleeping: The bed sleeps two and is a double size (54" x 73"). If you're taller than 6' 1" (185cm) and you like to sleep perfectly straight, you may find the bed a bit tight. All your bedding, linens and pillows are provided. Above the bed is a reading light and a 10 speed roof vent which helps you stay cool on hot nights.
*Lighting: Plenty of LED lighting installed including pot lights, two reading lights & glow lighting in the kitchen and garage storage, and a backlit water tank so you can always see how much water you have.

5.0I HIGHLY recommend renting a van with Mike and Rebecca! It was our first time in Alberta and my first time driving a van but Mike kindly took the time to explain how everything works before we leave with the van. During our trip (we had it for a week), we let them know that we had a small problem and Mike called us instantly to help which was a relief to feel accompanied like this. As for the van, the bed is so comfortable and everything is so clean and pretty! Everything you need is included (linens, extra blankets, dishes, propane stove, camping chairs and even a toilet!) It really was the best way to discover Alberta!
