5.0Our trip was great. RV was exactly as described. We had a little issue with the hot water but that was due more to my lack of experience operating the RV. Marci was very responsive and helped us address all issues that we encountered. She was also very flexible on the return as we hit a huge amount of traffic returning from our trip. Would rent again from her!
