The dinette converts into a bed as well, and the trailer can sleep 6 comfortably. The dinette slides out, to give you extra floor space in the trailer.The trailer is equipped with a full bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink. There is an air conditioner, heater, fridge with freezer (that runs on propane and electricity), two-burner gas stove, microwave, Bluetooth capable radio with speakers inside and out, and power awning.There is a generator available, that will run everything in the RV except for the AC.Other amenities included that will be ready at time of pick up are: a full propane tank, house batteries charged and full, cooking utensils, pots and pans, toilet paper, and the tanks empty.Fresh sheets are available or you are more than welcome to bring your own. We rented the Springdale travel trailer from Aaron for 17 days. The trailer was very comfortable for three adults and would work well for four adults. Aaron was fantastic to work with and very quick to respond to questions/concerns. We had a minor normal maintenance issue with the water supply when hooked up to city water, but worked around it by using the water tank. I'm sure that Aaron already has this item corrected. Everything - the slide out, AC unit, microwave, stove, shower, etc - all worked great. I would highly recommend Aaron and this Springdale trailer!

Aaron was super helpful, professional and thorough and took care of every detail. We (two adults) spent 14 days in dispersed campsites and his trailer was perfect for us. It was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, a new comfortable mattress, and a generator. The kitchen table area slides out to make the trailer spacious. The all-terrain tires and suspension made for stress free travel on mountain roads. The refrigerator kept our food really cold. We would definitely rent from Aaron again and again.
