-2 20# propane tanksYour vehicle needs to be able to tow 7,600 pounds with a hitch weight of 800 pounds. You are required to have a trailer brake controller installed prior to pick up. We offer a Bluetooth operable trailer brake controller as an additional rental option.If you have your own hitch, that is perfect! If not, we have a weight distribution hitch as an additional rental option.A one time prep fee of 100.00 is required on all rentals. The fee covers thorough cleaning of countertops, floors, laundry and bathrooms. It also covers the cost of filling propane and cleaning and preparing all of the fun extras mentioned above.Please return the trailer in the same condition it was received. Some signs of general use are expected, however, a fee of $250.00 will be deducted from the deposit for excessive cleaning i.e. stain removal, deep cleaning required in bathroom or kitchen, etc.Please dump all holding tanks prior to returning the camper. We will deduct $100 from the security deposit to cover the cost of dumping and cleaning the tanks appropriately if it is not done.Remember, if you lack a vehicle capable of towing the trailer or are uncomfortable driving with a travel trailer, we are happy to tow and set it up at an established campground (KOA, State Park etc.). Our charges for delivery and set up are $5 per mile.Delivery includes delivery to site, setup for use and then take down and pickup for the drive back.Note: Long distance deliveries may increase the required rental period.REMEMBER!Renter MUST have a trailer brake controller or can rent a trailer brake controller for an additional $50.00.Security deposit will be forfeited with failure to provide or rent trailer brake controller by time of pick up.Drop off by 2pm on the last day of rental period. We will charge a $25 late fee for every hour late.
