Quentin provides excellent, prompt communication. He is responsive to questions and proactively resolves unique challenges, such as electrical needs or tight parking, ensuring a smooth rental experience. He is also always on time.

The RV is exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortably sleeps multiple people (e.g., six grandkids). It comes well-stocked with essentials like cooking utensils, towels, and pre-made comfortable bedding. It also provides excellent warmth in cold conditions.

From our many questions beforehand, to solving for a unique electrical situation for AC, to a very tight parking situation…Quentin was responsive and eager to help. The RV is like new - beautiful- with a lot of space and comes with everything you need. We will definitely rent again for camping with grandkids or additional sleeping for a football weekend.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
As long as arrangements can be made with some notice we are willing to work with you on specific needs.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
Using the toilet is probably the biggest difference when compared to a residential bathroom. Push the flush pedal half way down until bowl fills with water and then push all the way down to release the contents. Also keep all black and gray tank valves closed and use sensor readings to determine when they need emptied. This prevents smells coming back into the camper and helps with proper function of the sewer system.

How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
Plug in watchdog box to post. Dog should be white if everything is good. Dog is red if there is an issue. You can then plug in the 50 amp cord to camper and watchdog. Water must have a pressure regulator (supplied) attached to hose. Sewer valves should remain closed and tanks should be checked using sensors and dumped as needed.
