Overall - good experience. Austin was helpful when I had questions and made pick up/ drop off easy. I rented this for my daughter and I to attend Banaroo. It was easy to tow, park and maneuver. Austin provided a heavy duty tow ball which was helpful. It's a nice, simple RV if you simply need somewhere to sleep. Although it has sleeping for 5 - I can't imagine more than 2, max 3, people fitting in here comfortably. Great choice for a couple for a weekend getaway with a RV that's easy to tow and park. The below are comments for others and not intended to come across negatively. 1. This is a tiny RV. Perhaps I should have studied the photos more but it's tiny and my daughter and I were constantly tripping over each other. 2. Storage is very limited both interior and exterior 3. The fridge is tiny and does not get very cold. I highly recommend having a couple of coolers to keep things in. 4. Bring your own outdoor chairs, table, etc as it's not included (this is noted in the listing - just mentioning it) 5. The black water tank fills up quick. Again, it was just 2 of us and we had to have it emptied after our 2nd day there and was nearly full again when we left. 6. The 2 burner stove is efficient but heats up the RV quick - even with AC on full - so recommend cooking outside if possible.

Clean and easy to haul. Everything was ready to go when we arrived and it made for an easy pick up. Everything on the trailer works well and we had no problems. Austin was able to answer any questions we had very promptly. .

This was such an easy experience. Austin communicated very well with us. This was a great option for us to camp as a family! Will be using this next time we come to TN!
