5.0Sara answered all of questions and set up an appointment to review all of the features of our RV. The RV was clean and ready to go with a full tank of gas and fresh water (we were dry camping). After checking us in Sara introduced Franzie (sp) who spent alot of time with us going over every aspect of the RV we needed to know (e.g., how to read fresh, gray, and black tank gauges, convert the dinette table into a bed, use propane to run the refrigerator, flush the toilet etc.). We were first time RVers so we were a little anxious but Franzie was patient and gracious and answered all of our questions. He even let us "practice" so we were comfortable with each of the RV features.
