This RV has been meticulously maintained with thorough cleanings after each use, giving you a safe and healthy headquarters you can feel good about on your trip.Inside you’ll see it’s different from any other ACE you’ve looked at. The typical jack-knife sofa has been removed, and in its place there are 2 very nice leather swivel recliners which makes it way more comfortable and roomy inside than a similar 30 footer.The “master” bedroom has a full size Queen Tuft and Needle mattress, not the mini queen mattress that others have so your feet don’t hang off if you’re taller than 5’ 9” making for a much more comfortable night sleep!The kitchen table converts into a small bed, and there’s a retractable overhead bed above the driver / passenger seat.There are 2 TV’s inside, and 1 outside next to the outdoor mini kitchen, under the retractable awning. There are also outdoor speakers for your music.No pets allowed. Please bring gas tanks full.Check in time isRV is 30ft long with a driver’s side full length slide out, compatible on both 30 and 50 amp power (comes with an adapter).
