***Please Read In Full***2022 Shasta 18bh is good for a small family that wants to have a weekend get away. This has everything you need for a great camping experience: awning, stove, oven, full bath room, and outdoor shower. It has 1 queen bed, a bunk bed, and the kitchen table turns into a bed. Even has plenty of storage in the cabinets and under the beds.Camping in the summer you’ll stay cooled off with the A/C and in the winter you’ll be toasty warm on those cold nights with the heater.When having it delivered:
- Rent an RV spot for a 22' travel trailer with 30 amp and water hookups (sewer is optional but recommended, I do have a portable black water tank if you go somewhere that does not have sewer but will be an add on that you’ll have to buy).
- Confirm with us via a copy of campground rental agreement that a spot has been reserved in your name with appropriate dates.
-We will deliver, setup and offer a tutorial.
- When your stay is ends, please vacate 1.5 hour prior to checkout so we can break it down and tow it away.
- You won't be required to do any setup or breakdown(leave that stress to us). Everything will be ready for you.When doing a pickup:
-Please make sure that your vehicle meets the requirements for the camper.
-Prior to departing I’ll do a pre trip safety check and make sure that your vehicle is able to tow it.
-The weight distribution kit is for a 2” hitch and I do have a Curtis echo wireless brake controller if your vehicle is not equipped with one.We do allow furry friends just let us know before hand. Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
We will deal with all that. We have all the connections necessary for electric, water, and sewer. Unless you get the portable tank then you would have to dump that at a dump station.
Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
My schedule is all over the place. Most of the time I’m home or around the area. If it says that the day is not available please let me know at least 14 days prior so I can make arrangements and try to fit you in.
