5.0First off, the Host Jim, was great. He was great at explaining things, great at communicating and most importantly, was available to answer any questions ( and there were!!!) throughout the trip. RV is exactly as described and was very comfortable and spacious. RV runs well, need to learn how it carries and Jim did a great job explaining and taking for a test drive I would highly recommend renting from Jim to anyone who inquires.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Standard pickup and drop-off hours are between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday thru Saturday. We are happy to accommodate a Pickup/Drop-off outside of these hours for an additional $35 fee for before or after hours and a $99 fee for Sundays (we are normally closed on Sundays). Please add this to your rental if you need this service when you check out, and make sure to communicate to us your special instructions.

Do you offer airport pickup/drop-off?

Yes!, we charge an $89 fee (each way) for this service. We would be happy to accommodate your request just reach out to us with your needs, and we are happy to accommodate you.

Do you require us to pick up and drop off the unit at your location?
A.
Honestly, we want to meet our renters. Under most circumstances, we do require you to pick up the rental unit at our location. We want to provide the necessary orientation and training for you to understand how to safely operate the RV and the RV's many different systems. This training will help you have a better experience versus being frustrated during your trip trying to figure out how things work, or even worse, causing expensive damage because of just not understanding what to do.

Can you deliver and set a unit up at a designated location for us?
A.
Yes, we have specific service fees for the delivery and setup, but this is an excellent alternative as you can reduce or eliminate the insurance requirement (and cost). The RV must remain stationary and can not be driven during this type of rental but again a great alternative if you are going to be staying at a fixed location during your vacation. Reach out to us with questions or for more specific details regarding this service.
