The renter is responsible for bringing the unit back in the same condition as received, this means clean inside and out (no bugs on the front) and with the waste tanks empty and the fuel and propane tanks full. If not returned clean, empty or full as the case may be, additional fees will apply. For example, the cleaning fee for us to do it for you would be $150 and up, $65 to dump the waste tanks, and other fees apply to fill the propane or fuel tanks. This amount may come from the security deposit or the card on file. We are more than happy to perform any of these services for you, but they are not included in the base rental. One final rule is our standard pick-up and drop-off times are between 8 AM and 6 PM Monday through Saturday. While pickup and drop-off are available outside of these hours, we do charge a fee ($99) to open up special outside of these standard hours. Please plan and give us an advance notice regarding your pick-up and drop-off if you need accommodations for special circumstances, and we will happily accommodate you. Due to the nature of outside awnings and the frequency of damages, we ask that the awnings not be used during the rental a popup awning is included with the RV for you to use in place of the attached awnings. Please stay off the RV roof as it is not designed for anything but limited service access. My units are not allowed at Burning Man, a $4,000 penalty would be assessed for a violation of this prohibition. Final rule...remember Have fun!
