• Cleaning & Return Condition • No upfront cleaning fee: We do not charge an upfront cleaning fee with your rental. We simply ask that the RV be returned in the same clean and sanitary condition in which it was delivered. • Cleaning supplies provided: To make this easy, we provide the necessary basic cleaning supplies, along with a vacuum and mop, for guests to use during their rental. • Guest responsibility: Guests are responsible for cleaning and returning the trailer to the same clean and orderly condition that it was dropped off. • Additional cleaning fees: If additional cleaning is required, the cleaning fee will be charged • Site & Trailer Dimensions • Site compatibility is the guest’s responsibility: Guests are responsible for confirming that their reserved campsite, can safely and adequately accommodate the rented trailer. • We strongly recommend confirming the site dimensions with the campground/RV park, before completing the reservation. A site being advertised as an RV or trailer site does not necessarily mean it will accommodate our specific trailer. Full Hookups Required • Full hookups are required: The reserved site must have working electrical, water, and sewer hookups that are compatible with the trailer. • Dry camping is not permitted • If a guest arrives at a location that does not have the required hookups or the site cannot accommodate the trailer, the guest may be responsible for any additional costs associated with relocation, delays, or other accommodations. • Please verify your site before booking. Confirming that the site meets the trailer’s size, access, clearance, and full-hookup requirements is the guest’s responsibility.
