•Fuel tank must come back at same level u pick unit up at on gauge .. sani tank must be emptied before drop off or a fee will be added .( 75 dollars) ( no sani dumps in Courtenay area ) unfortunately. Any damage that is not an easy fix renter will be charged for . Motorhome must come back at the same cleanness as u picked up ( inside and outside ) cleaning fee will be added for dirty unit . Pick and drop off times can be arranged for each trip with myself . If unit is dropped off later than agreed time renters will be charged .

This is the RV I’m considering buying，31G/31H, so I booked it to see if it suits our needs. The owner prepared the vehicle very well. We had no issues during our trip, everything went smoothly. We visited Tofino, Campbell River, and Parksville — it was a wonderful holiday.
