Joseph was very honest about damages, thorough in operational details, and created a helpful video. He was also flexible with pick-up/drop-off times and communicative.

The 2016 Thor Motor Coach is reliable and fully functional, operating without issues even on trips like Crater Lake. Guests noted some normal wear and tear but found everything worked great.

Nice family, nice RV that we took up to crater lake and back without any issues. Everything works great. Some wear and tear but it’s normal with a 2016 RV. We enjoyed the experience.
