Meet Yellowstone!!Yellowstone is a brand new 2020 Keystone Passport 40 ft Travel Trailer. Yellowstone can sleep up to 14 people !!
You are required to have a 3/4 ton truck with towing capacity of a minimum 10,000lbs, trailer brake controller and a 7 pin connector. We will supply a weight distribution/sway prevention hitch for towing.Yellowstone is equipped with 2 AC units, queen sized bed, double full size bunk beds, fold out couch and a fold out dinette, sink, stove, coffee pot, toaster, oven microwave, heater, 3 tvs, outdoor kitchen and shower. Outdoor passthrough storage underneath. Plenty of storage inside for all your camping needs.We offer linens, pillows, and bath rags and towels. All you have to do is select the add on and we also charge a small fee to help with cleaning cost.Ask about delivery options. If returned dirty you could be charged$75 up to $300.
If tanks are not dumped and flushed you could be charged $150 or more.
You must use our provided toilet paper. You may not supply your own. If any other toilet paper is used you may be charged a fee up to $200 to unclog and clean the tank.
There is no smoking allowed in the trailer. If smoke (including cigars, pipes, vapes, drugs, etc.) is detected, you may be charged a minimum fee of $1500 NO EXCEPTIONS.
No smelly foods in the indoor kitchen ( onions, fish, bacon) must be cooked in outdoor kitchen.
LATE RETURN: $50 per hour charge will be assessed if RV is returned later than the agreed upon time.
A $3000 fee will be assessed for ABANDONMENT/RETRIEVAL if renter abandons the RV.
$300 excessive cleaning fee would be charged if the trailer is returned extra dirty.
$75 cleaning fee is charged if the trailer is returned and more than a basic wipe down is required.
The awning is NOT covered by insurance. Use at your own risk as it could cost several thousand dollars to replace. AWNING MUST BE CLOSED AT NIGHT AND IN STRONG WINDS AS WELL AS WHEN NOT SUPERVISED.
