5.0We had a wonderful experience renting this unit. It was our first time renting and we chose to have the unit delivered and picked up at the camp location. Ben was very responsive to questions and timely with delivery/pickup. The a/c and frig worked great in the 100-degree weather and we loved the U-shaped kitchen table for eating and the kids could come in out of the heat and play dominos. I would highly recommend this unit and you can be confident that Ben is very responsive.

5.0I have rented this camper from Ben previously so the fact that I came back again should say a lot. There was a glitch with Outdoorsy that processed my booking as a pick up instead of delivery like I had selected. Ben was easy to work with and the Outdoorsy team was great at helping to get the booking changed to delivery. Ben delivered the camper right in time and explained a minor issue that we were able to work through. Great camper that was perfect for our trip and well stocked with all of the essentials. Will definitely rent this camper from Ben again next year.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I have a pretty open schedule so I am very flexible in regards to picking up or dropping off the RV. As long as we communicate dates and times in advance it should not be a problem. If I do happen to have something on my schedule that conflicts with a drop-off or pickup time, I will do my best to find a solution that works for both parties.
