Kay and Kyle run a great business and are super friendly. Our vehicle had an electrical issue so the electric cooler didn't work (so we used ice) but we were compensated with firewood and later a borrowed charger which was even more useful. "Bob" really just has a bed for two and room for equipment, no room to hangout inside.

Really appreciated the friendly and easy going pickup and shuttle to the airport. Van had some mechanical surprises, steering wheel not centered and oversteer in turns on washboard. Well thought out interior setup. Pleasure to rent from you.

Some things doesn't work as it should (close the roof windows at night, fridge, tent in front the car, brakes)

Bob is a very well organised camper van for two people with lots of very useful and practical additions. The awning system is exceptionally designed and essential for Haida Gwaii weather. My only gripe is that at the time of booking the limitations on road usage ought to be made far more clear in the supporting information.

Very good experience from booking online to final drop off at the airport. Kyle and Kaylee answered emails quickly and nicely got us on the road when we arrived. Bob, the van,was great on the road and in camp. Good value for money considering all we did and saw in 7 days.
