My husband and I are new to renting our camper and have intentions to give you the best experience we can. Please read description thoroughly and contact us with any further questions! :)This is a Brand NEW travel trailer that we have used for the past 1.5 years. It is perfect for a family vacation in the beautiful Georgia mountains or a weekend getaway with your significant other. This unit does have a solar panel that can run mild electricity if needed, however we do not offer a generator at this time. Accommodations include: 1 slide out, full bathroom located in rear with separate entrance, dining table that can convert to bed, sofa that can lay down to a bed for small children, full size bunk beds in rear, main bedroom with queen size bed with upgraded mattress and separate TV, fully equipped kitchen, large pantry for all the snacks and goods, large refrigerator, two 32 inch TVs, radio with outdoor speakers, outdoor kitchenette with small stovetop, ice maker and fridge, and more. NOT Included: we prefer the renter to bring own linens for beds listed, towels, food, and toiletries. Delivery and pick up available within 40 mile radius for a flat rate of $275, cannot provide delivery further. Set up included when delivered.
We want to give our renter proper education and resources so we will provide further info/instructions in case you were to need anything along with our 24/7 contact info.
Dogs are allowed upon approval for a pet fee and they are not allowed on furniture. prefer them to be crated if leaving the camper/campsite unattended. we do have a dog tie out cable that can attach to the camper available. For an additional fee we can include a pen that includes 6-12 panels to keep you fury friends safe at the campsite! no smoking in unit. What's included to make your packing easier and experience complete: 2 rocking camping chairs with folding table to enjoy your morning coffee, 2 outdoor folding chairs, dishes and cookware along with toaster oven, basket style air fryer, and small griddle, keurig coffee maker, some card games in case you get rained in or want a fun family night, and small fan. We will provide a starter basket of 1 trash bag, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 rolls of RV toilet paper, and Kcups. Queen bed will include comforter and pillows. bathroom will be provided with toilet paper and hair dryer. Kitchen will have all utensils, plates, etc along with essential cleaning supplies. Outdoor essentials: outdoor rug, trash can (not animal resistant) outdoor lights, tiki torches, 2 propane tanks
