It's super quiet, so if you are sensitive to noise this is a plus! Topher's pull out bed is a nice size, larger than a full size bed, slightly smaller than a queen. The refrigerator is a sweet size - check out the photos to get an idea.Everything is cleaned and sanitized prior to pickup. We provide clean kitchen towels, bath towels, hand towels and linen (make sure to check the boxes in the add-on section for these items, we do not charge for them).Our utensils, bowls and plates are eco friendly.In the "What's included" section, you'll see Topher has everything you need for your trip.Also check out our add-ons for any additional items you'd like to include to make your trip easy.Prior to your departure, we'll go over a detailed orientation so you'll feel comfortable taking off. Hello - I'm Elaine and we are a family of 3. Our daughter is now 9 and loves adventures so we decided to adopt Topher (our camper van)! Together we seek for beautiful hikes and explore places where mother nature views are breathtaking! We have only the weekends, holidays and planned vacations to enjoy Topher so we'd like for others to enjoy him too. Mileage: 100 free miles / day

Pickup:
- Please arrive on time, we will need 45 min to walk through the van
- Due to my full time job, pickup time is typically after 4pm (weekdays). Weekend 3pm but we are flexible as long as scheduled in advance.
If after 4pm on weekdays does not work for you, there are additional options:
- Option 1: Pick up time is flexible, I will leave the key in a lock box. However, we must setup a time prior to the start of your trip date for training on how to operate the van. If this option is selected, please setup a time for training as soon as possible to ensure we can set a date when the van is available for training. I'm flexible on weekends and holidays, but weekdays after 4pm.
- Option 2: Pick up a day prior to your trip for half day rental fee. This will allow you to start your adventure the day of pickup or first thing in the morning. If you decide to go with this option please text me so I can send you the rental quote.Return:
- Return time is 4pm but we are flexible as long as scheduled in advance.
- Please return the van in the same condition you picked it up. If returned dirty, there will be a $100 cleaning fee.
- The exterior of the car is expected to be a bit dirty, but if extremely dirty with excess amount of mud and dirt, there will be a fee of $100.
- Fuel convenience fee, if you are unable to fill up the gas tank prior to returning there is a $20 fee + the cost of gas.
- Propane convenience fee, if you are unable to fill up the propane prior to returning there is a $20 fee.
- Must empty the grey water tank. If not, there is a $100 fee.
- Must empty the toilet cassette. If not, there is a $200 fee.
- There is no credit or refund for early returns.
- We are flexible on the return time, as long as agreed and scheduled in advance. You will also be responsible for the cost of any canceled rentals due to a late return that was not agreed upon.
- Any return after 6pm will incur $100 charge and if returned after 8pm there will be a full day rate charged.
- GPS tracker is installed for safety. There will be a $300 fee if the GPS is tampered with or taken offline.Other:
- No Smoking includes any and all forms, ways, or products inside the RV. Any sign and or smell of tobacco/product forfeits your security deposit.
- No major off-roading. Graded dirt roads are ok.
- This RV is not allowed to travel into Mexico. Deposit will be forfeited and RV will be reported stolen.
- FasTrak - Feel free to use your own FasTrak or ours. We will check for any tolls you may have incurred during your rental period and will charge you for the total amount.
- Any tickets and fines such as red light cameras, parking tickets, impounds etc during the time of your rental will be charged to you + plus a $150 administration fee.
- Awning should only be used when the RV is parked and in use. Please do not leave it open unattended. Retract the awning at night and when windy or raining. Any damage is 100% renters responsibility.
- Please do not climb onto the roof. The roof has solar panels and cannot accommodate any other items.
- No music festivals.
- No tailgating.
- You are welcome to park your car at our home.
- All pickups and drop-offs must be scheduled prior to sundown due to walk throughs and inspections
