• Absolutely NO BURNING MAN!!! • Absolutely NO SMOKING!!! We will assess a $500 fine for violating these rules. Pickup times: - Please arrive at least 30-45 mins early so I can give you a walk through. - Please confirm the pickup and drop-off times before the rental date - We do not do pick-ups and drop-offs after 6pm. We cannot inspect the van with you when it’s dark. • We no longer do pickups and delivery to other locations. The van must be picked up in Danville CA. Return condition: - Must empty the grey water tank and the toilet cassette, and the cassette MUST BE CLEAN. If not then $400 fee will be applied. I will show you where and how to empty and clean it. - Please return the van as clean as when you picked it up. If you bring it back and the van is dirty there will be a $200 fee. Inside and outside must be cleaned. I will share the location of a nearby truck wash that you can go to. - Gas full tank upon return. If not then $150 fee will be applied. - If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days, or partial days, so please make sure you plan ahead. - I’m flexible on the return time so just ask before booking. Please no drop-offs after 6pm. There will be $100 fee if return after 6pm. If you return after 8pm then you will be charged an extra full day rate of $300. • Cancel within 48 hours of booking to get a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure. • Mileage 100 miles free per day You will be charged $0.68 for every mile over per day.
