- Please arrive at least 30-45 mins early so I can give you a walk through.Return condition:
- Must empty the grey water tank and the toilet cassette, and the cassette Must BE Clean. If not then $400 fee will be applied. I will show you where and how to empty and clean it.
- Please return the van as clean as when you picked it up. If you bring it back and the van is dirty there will be a $150 fee. Inside and outside must be cleaned. I will share the location of a nearby truck wash that you can go to.
- Gas full tank upon return. If not then $150 fee will be applied.
- If you return early there will be no refund of the unused days so please make sure you plan ahead.
- I’m flexible on the return time so just ask before booking. Please no drop-offs after 6pm. There will be $100 fee if return after 6pm. If you return after 8pm then you will be charged an extra full day rate of $275.Cancel within 48 hours of booking to get a full refund, as long as at least 14 days remain before departure.
100% refund of booking total up to 5 days before pickup, then renter is responsible for 25% of booking total for remaining days.

Unprepared pickup, hands-on requests
Host did not greet, asked renter to install wipers, and van was dirty/unprepared, leading to a long pickup time.
Easy to drive, condition issues
Van is easy to drive and park with amenities, but latest review noted it was dirty, unprepared, with broken ladder and grey water handle.

2.0The van was ok. When picking up the van I wasn't greeted by the host and then I was asked to install new windshield wipers on the van by the host. Then I helped top off the fresh water and the van was dirty. The tablet that was used to run the lights of the van wasn't fully charged, essentially the van wasn't ready. The door to the grey water release hose was taped shut. It took a hour to pick it up, and with past rentals it has only taken about 20-30 minutes. Other than traveling to our destination, I prepared one meal it and we slept in it for two nights. The ladder to access the upper bunk had a broken rung and when I released the grey water, the handle broke. So, a let down from what I have rented at Outdoorsy before and certainly not a luxury vehicle.
