VERY DISAPPOINTED. Aaron was pleasant and set up the trailer well. We noticed there were no dishes, cutlery, small appliances. He said we’d have had to order that separately. He noted the water gauge didn’t work and asked if we had questions; none at that time. Once we moved in, though, we were unpleasantly surprised. We had to clean the bathroom and dirty fridge right away and told Aaron a day later; he said nothing. The microwave was filthy; we avoided it. The tub was unpleasant; didn't use it or the shower. There were no mirrors anywhere but several rusty screw holes in the bathroom walls. The ceiling had rusty fixtures and seals too. The oven didn’t work. The air was musty inside so we had to leave windows open. The back window needed a stick to hold it open and there was no screen door. We gave this feedback to the owners before we left and got a call from Ansley. She said it was unfair that we didn’t let them know all this so they could come and fix/clean! AFTER THE FACT?! ARE YOU KIDDING? We would have wasted our holiday if they came to clean and repair. So, we cleaned ourselves, bought dishes, toaster and coffee maker and put up with the disrepair.

My first RV experience :) Totally game changing in compare with tents. Two weeks on campground went much more smooth. That’s owner to help and support with all my needs for my first RV try. Thx, Igor&Natasha.
