Responsive for minor issues
Carlos is praised for quick fixes on small issues, good communication, and delivery services. However, he canceled one booking and for a major mechanical breakdown, he deferred the guest to a third party.
Prone to critical mechanical failure
The Minnie Winnie suffered a broken axel and flat tire, which a mechanic determined was due to pre-existing conditions and lack of maintenance. It also lacked essential kitchen and bathroom supplies like dish soap and hand towels.
