This is the perfect trailer for your next camping trip! At 22ft tongue to bumper and just under 4000lbs gross weight, many large SUVs and small trucks will have no trouble pulling it. *5000lb towing capacity is required*
Inside you'll find enough sleeping space for up to 6 people with a dedicated queen, a large dinette that folds down, and a set of twin bunks in the back. At this time, we can not allow camping without hookups with this trailer. If you will be camping somewhere without electric, please add on the generator (or have your own!).
Smoking and drug use are strictly prohibited inside the trailer. Ignoring this rule will forfeit your entire security deposit. If you smoke anywhere near the trailer, close all windows and doors tightly.
We are very pet friendly but ask that you disclose your intent to bring a pet Prior to booking the rental. An additional amount will be added to your fully refundable security deposit for each pet. If you do not disclose your intent to bring a pet until After booking, or it becomes apparent that a pet was brought along without our knowledge, you will forfeit your entire security deposit.
The awning is NOT to be used. If it appears that the awning was used, you will forfeit your entire security deposit. We will provide a 10x10 easy up canopy upon request, as an alternative, or bring your own.
