The camper van itself had a great layout and served our needs well as a couple with our dog. The space was clean, well stocked, functional, comfortable, and worked well for us. The host also accommodated our schedules for pickup and drop off. Unfortunately, our overall experience was disappointing due to multiple maintenance, safety, and communication concerns. During our trip, we experienced a failure of the vehicle’s electrical system, which resulted in the stove and outlets becoming unusable for the remainder of the rental. We also discovered a tire with a separating belt that required immediate attention due to safety concerns while traveling. We incurred out-of-pocket expenses addressing the tire issue after determining it was unsafe to continue driving on. The most significant issue involved the awning. We observed that the awning progressively opened further during the trip despite not being used by us. While traveling on the interstate, the awning failed and could no longer be safely secured to the vehicle. The damaged assembly had to be removed on the roadside before we could continue our trip safely. Communication regarding these issues was frustrating. Concerns that we raised during and after the trip were not handled in a way that inspired confidence, and reimbursement that had been discussed for the related expenses was never provided. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this rental due to the maintenance concerns we encountered and the difficulties that followed.

Host Jeff was very helpful and thorough in orientation of the RV. always available to answer questions when needed. RV was in excellent condition and handled well on the road. All amenities were functional and well maintained.

This was our second time renting from WheelSuites. We travelled 63 days and 8200 miles through 7 states. The van and its equipment operated flawlessly and the WheelSuites team was always available to lend support if needed. This van is easy to drive and park even in large cities. It is self-contained to allow dry camping in the most remote areas. Definitely recommend renting from Wheel Suites for your next adventure.

We had an amazing trip. The van was exactly as described, easy to use and navigate. The van drove great. I highly recommend Jeff and this van - a great experience all around.

We have rented a camper van 3 times before and this was by far THE BEST van we have ever had. We camped along Lake Michigan and the van had literally everything we could have ever needed. Our favorite parts were the attached awning for shade, premium camping chairs, and the built in shower
