Do I need to dump the gray tank water before returning the RV?
A.
Yes. If you're unable to dump the gray water tank, there is a $25 dump fee assessed off the security deposit upon return to handle this. This covers the cost most facilities charge to use their dump stations.

Do I need to fill the water tank or does it come filled?
A.
The water tank for every booking comes sanitized and empty. It is the renter's responsibility to fill the water tank (if they choose). However, we do offer a water tank fill for $10 for each booking. This covers the fee that most facilities charge to use their water spigot. We also provide resources as to where you can fill up your water tank in Phoenix before you head out.

Is the van suitable for city driving and parking?
A.
Absolutely! Due to its smaller nature and length, the van is easily driven through cityscapes and able to fit into standard parking lot spaces.

What kind of bedding comes in the van?
A.
We offer a fitted sheet, flat sheet and an all-season down comforter. As well as an extra fleece blanket and two standard memory foam pillows.
