• No international travel. The van must remain in the United States for the entire rental. Travel into Canada is prohibited. • No off-road use. The van may only be driven on legal, maintained roads and designated camping areas. No trails, beaches, dunes, mud, rocks, or unmaintained terrain unless approved in writing. • Authorized drivers only. Only drivers verified and approved through Outdoorsy may operate the van. The renter is responsible for all approved additional drivers. • No smoking or vaping. Smoking or vaping of any kind is prohibited inside the van. A $200 cleaning fee applies if evidence is found. • Pets require prior approval. The renter is responsible for pet-related damage, excessive hair, stains, odors, or additional cleaning. •Remove and properly dispose of the used cartridge before returning the van. A $50 disposal fee applies if a used cartridge is left in the van. • No unauthorized repairs or modifications. Do not alter, disconnect, or repair electrical, plumbing, solar, battery, or other systems without approval. Contact the owner if a system malfunctions. •Do not climb on the roof or use roof equipment as steps or tie-downs. Secure exterior equipment when unattended or during high winds. • No towing, racing, reckless driving, or vehicle abuse. •Return the van reasonably clean and free of belongings, food, and trash. Excessive cleaning due to spills, stains, mud, odors, or misuse may incur additional charges. •Report accidents, damage, warning lights, or mechanical issues to the owner and Outdoorsy immediately. Do not continue driving if it may cause further damage. •Return the van with the same fuel level provided. Renter is responsible for fuel, tolls, parking, campground fees, tickets, fines, and costs from improper fuel use or misuse. • Return the van, keys, and equipment on time and at the agreed location. Missing equipment, late returns, or damage may result in charges under the rental agreement and applicable Outdoorsy policies.
