All the features and comforts of bigger travel trailers but really easy to tow, back-up, and park. Easily pulls with just a V6. We bought this unit because my wife and I wanted to be able to access campgrounds like Fort DeSoto in sections where only smaller trailers are allowed (under 16'). Dinette area easily converts to a nice sized (full / almost queen) bed. Excellent condition with all of the features of KZ's larger trailers (AC, toilet, shower, sink, microwave, range, fridge, etc). Perfect for a couple wanting a no-hassle trip. All systems will be well documented and owner (me) will be easily accessible by phone for any "how do you work this again?" questions.Additional note for longer trips (more than 4 days): If you are going to be using this for longer trips you will likely need to dump the tanks after about the 4th day. This unit is small and has only enough black and grey water tank space for 2 people w/ 4 days normal use. If you have access to the campground bathroom facilities (toilet and shower) we recommend using them some or all of the time on longer trips, to avoid a mid-trip dump station visit.
