Excellent towing and convenience features
RV pulls great, with auto-leveling a nice touch. It's spacious, offering good sleeping room, quiet generator, outdoor awning/kitchen, and exterior lights. Linen provided, but some advertised items were reportedly missing.

5.0Had such a great experience with Belkys and Mickel. Thank you for letting us book with you as 2 other rentals cancelled on us. Also thank you Mickel for walking through all the steps for operating everything as this was our first time renting. The RV was very spacious and had everything we were looking for. They had lights on the exterior of the RV which made it easy to locate at night and even had camping chairs for us to lounge around. The RV was clean and open. Instructions you guys gave was very clear. Couldn't be more happier with the outcome. We would recommend to anyone, family or friend, especially anyone that wants a great experience.

2.0I’ve rented through Outdoorsy for years and have booked dozens of RVs for both my family and relatives. Since I don’t own an RV, I rely on listings to accurately explain what’s included, what isn’t, and any additional fees. Unfortunately, this was by far the most disappointing rental we’ve experienced. I rented this trailer for my aunt, who flew in from Arizona for our family reunion. Several items advertised were not actually included. The listing photos showed toiletries that were never provided, and camp chairs were pictured and listed as available but were missing. The propane was another surprise. I understand charging separately is the owner's choice, and I take responsibility for assuming it was included. However, every other RV I’ve rented has included propane. In fact, the owners of the four other trailers delivered to our reunion that same day were genuinely surprised ours did not. The biggest issue was the dump fee. The listing did not clearly explain that we would be responsible for a $150 charge. We were camping on private property and the trailer never moved, so this was completely unexpected. Had it been communicated more clearly, we could have planned accordingly or chosen another rental. After we shared our concerns, the owners reduced the dump fee by only $50. Considering we paid over $700 for the weekend and didn't receive several advertised amenities, the resolution felt inadequate. Within minutes of my message, the listing was updated to better clarify the, dump fee. While that doesn't change our experience, hopefully it prevents future renters from encountering the same surprises. To future renters: ask plenty of questions, don't assume standard RV amenities are included, and verify that everything shown in the listing is actually provided. It could save you unexpected costs and frustration.
