5.0Juan was very nice and accommodating. The water pump was having issues so they replaced it before we went so it delayed our trip a couple hours. They kept it nice and clean but the RV is older as a vent fell out of the ceiling onto my daughters head and some mechanics were having a hard time. Overall they compensated us with unlimited mileage and generator use that we hardly used. But we had a great time!
