Nick and Carol were fantastic from start to finish. They proactively contacted and coordinated with the campsite owners ahead of time, so when we arrived the RV was already site-ready—zero hassle and set-up was a breeze. Communication was timely and friendly. The RV itself was spotless, comfortable, and very nice—exactly as described (actually better). If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend renting from Nick and Carol!

The camper trailer was clean and very comfortable. The host was excellent—communicative, explained how everything worked, and very helpful throughout. Trailer arrived on time and set up was great. We had a fantastic trip, thanks to Carol and her family!

We had a great experience! RV was very clean and VERY spacious, Carol was so helpful and they were on time for drop-off and pickup. Recommended!

I had a very good experience dealing with Carol Conklin and Nick Conklin, the person that delivered the RV to the campground. The RV was setup and ready to go when we got there. Nick dealt with the campground staff during the day to setup the camper on the site that we had reserved. Everything was setup, the RV was leveled, the hookups were connected, including the sewer hookup. We arrived a few hours later. He sent me a number of videos, via text, showing me what he had done. I had a couple of questions about things during our stay. He answered the phone each time, and easily answered my questions. We were in a place where we were out of service on our phones, and with the Internet, at our site. We had to go somewhere, where there was service to make a phone call. It was very helpful that he answered the phone each time I called when in a service area. One suggestion that I would make is that Carol Conklin, the name on the Outdoorsy account, could be much more timely in responding to the messages that I sent to her via Outdoorsy with questions before I decided which camper I was going to rent. Other than that, we had a very good experience with the Conklin’s and with this camper.

Could not have been more perfect. Camper arrived early and the drop off was awesome. Helped me set up the generator and I got a great explanation of camper. Camper was clean and comfortable. Would definitely book again!
