The prearranged cleaning fee is $50 for normal cleaning. If no arrangements are made and it is picked up dirty or filthy there will be a minimum of $100 cleaning fee.The propane fee is for one full propane tank. If you end up needing the other tank double the propane fee.Lost key replacement fee $100
