RV was in excellent condition, clean, and full of water/propane. However, kitchen supplies were limited; some renters found essential items like a grey water hose missing.
Owner Communication & Responsiveness
Host Kameron was helpful, efficient, & easy to communicate with, offering flexibility. But one renter reported the manager was absent for drop-off despite prior texts & calls.

5.0Another great trip with the van. This time to Wyoming via Utah. Van was great. Clean, full of water and propane. Gas mileage is not great but that’s not anyone’s fault but the van and the lead foot driver!

1.0This camper is managed by a family member that doesn’t know much about the camper. We knew more than he did. He didn’t have a hose for the grey water disposal. The camper only came with a spoon and tongs for utensils. The chairs that come with it are really stools that are triangular in shape. There aren’t any backs. He only gave us one chemical pellet for the toilet for more than a week if camping with a family of four. We had to buy many things to supplement this camper which we didn’t have to do last time we rented this same model in another state. The most frustrating part is the guy managing the camper wasn’t present for drop-off. I texted him 2 days before drop-off with a day and time. We were not able to change it due to a flight. He never said he wouldn’t be able to make it. The day of the drop-off I rang the doorbell 2 times and called 2 times. We had to leave without going over the process so he decided to charge us with fees afterwards that were unwarranted. Choose another camper.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Ideally pick up around 3pm, and drop off around 3pm as well. But please message us , pretty flexible. However once time is set for pick up and drop off we cannot wait all day (as it has happened in the past) so we are setting a late pick up and drop off fee . If you are late more than 1.5 hours (accounting for traffic), then for every hour your are late from designated and agreed upon time , we will charge $200 per hour.
