This was our first RV experience of any kind. We wanted a vehcile we could park in a regular parking space. The Thor Rize really worked well. We had bikes on the back so we still had to be careful, but we were comfortable parking anywhere. There were 3 of us, my wife, myself and our pup, and it took a bit to sort our the sleeping arrangements. Once we did that we slept comfortably. The vehicle had everything we needed and after 3 weeks we had become accustomed to RV travel. The real difference was Bing. She answered all of our questions and gave us a thorough orientation. She also ensure that our vehicle was safe while we traveled. A great first experience, we will do it again.

Size and function of the van were perfect for our first RV trip. We appreciated the bed, fridge, kitchen, and toilet. Very comfortable. Bing was an excellent host. She let us see the RV before the trip for planning purposes, and was very responsive throughout the trip when we had questions. We are very happy with the trip.

Bing was a great host. So accommodating and helpful with how to operate everything from the beginning. The van worked for everything we needed to do. Great first time experience. Highly recommended.
