  • Monthly (28+ nights): 20% off nightly rate
Fees
  • Security deposit: 1.335,00 € (refundable)
  • Prep fee: 89,00 €. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Wash all linens, wash all dishes and cooking utensils. Sanitize all counter tops.
