5.0We were first time RV'ers and couldnt have asked for a better experience! The tiny house/RV itself is exactly as described - sparkling clean, new, comfortable, and far more spacious than we expected. The bedding is also really comfortable and everything worked perfectly: hot water in the spacious shower and all amenities were great. We have a baby and it was such a perk to have a washer/dryer for all the extra laundry a 10 month old manages to make :) We loved listening to the waves at San Onofre at night from the loft after a home cooked meal on the large front patio. Jaime was also wonderful - he went way above and beyond to accommodate some last minute wrinkles in our plan and was very responsive, friendly, and easy to coordinate on all the logistics. We'd love to rent from him again and highly recommend his tiny house - 10 out of 10.
