Responsive and accommodating host
Hosts are praised for thorough communication, responsiveness, and flexibility with early pickups. However, one guest reported a surprise damage charge without prior notification or transparent photo evidence.
Drives comfortably, well-equipped
The RV is clean, spacious, easy to drive, and well-stocked with amenities including a large fridge, beds, AC/heater. Note: electric fridge drains battery quickly dry camping; oven lacks a rack.

1.0We were told when we picked up the RV by Bibin that we didn't need to take photos as they were available on the rental app. Being new to Outdoorsy, I assumed this was true. Turns out not to be the case. The day after returning the RV and doing the walkthrough with Bibin, he found no issues. Two days later, with no notification from the owner, we found a $174.63 charge on our credit card for a scratch in the freezer door. We don't believe we scratched the door and have requested access to the before rental photos (showing the date on which the pictures were taken) which Outdoorsy says can only be gotten from the owner. We have received the after photos showing the scratch but not the date stamped before photos. If you dry camp in this RV, be aware that it has an electric refrigerator and after one day you may have issues with a dead battery. Also, don't plan on using the oven as there is no rack in it.

5.0We had such a great experience renting Beefy Becky. The RV was clean, well-maintained and really easy to navigate. Everything was intuitive and ready to go, which made settling in a breeze. The hosts were fantastic communicators. They were responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed

5.0Wonderful and Comfy RV. Great communication with the hostess Erin. Didn’t use the electric range as we used the microwave oven. Nice board games/cards provided. Nicely equipped too.
