We welcome you to our brand new 2022, 23-ft travel trailer with slide out, let the fun begin!Our home-away-from-home on wheels features the coziest 60x80 queen bed (foam mattress + foam topper, down comforter and pillows). If you don't get your best-night's sleep, we would be shocked! Best fit for 2, but couch pulls out to full-size sleeper, so trailer can comfortably sleep 3. All bedding provided.No dedicated dining area, but folding table stored under couch easily sets up for indoor dining.Kitchen is equipped with everything you need. 3-burner range with oven, microwave, 8 cu. ft refrigerator w/ separate freezer, ninja blender, coffee maker, toaster, dish drainer, all cooking and serving utensils, plastic plates, bowls and cups...everything you should need. We also can include large cooler for extra food storage.Decor is boho vibes! Extra blankets, lawn chairs, hammock. Trailer has power awning, LED outdoor lights, AM/FM, Hdmi, USB, AUX bluetooth sound stereo with indoor/outdoor zoned speakers and TV.Roof mounted A/C, Propane heater, gas/electric water heater, water pump. 45 gal Fresh Tank, 29 Gal Gray and 29 Gal Black. We have camped in RV parks, but have mostly dry-camped and can go up to 4 days using tanks before dump and fill is required. Obviously if you have full hookups, you're good to go! We will supply the chemicals and RV-safe toilet paper.Towels, wash clothes, bedding, blankets, soaps for cleaning all provided. If there's something you're wondering if we have and it's not listed, just ask!We are dog-friendly and welcome your furry companion, but due to the size of the trailer, wouldn't recommend more than one.Must have tow capacity above 6000lbs, receiver hitch, trailer plug and electric break controller.
